Teleserv bags McDonald's RP Call Center Service After several months of negotiations with McDonald's franchise holder Kenneth Yang -- son of taipan George Yang, Pilipinas Teleserv Inc. has bagged a contract to develop McDonald's Philippines call center-based service and eventually the fastfood chain's online ordering facility for local customers. Under the partnership, Pilipinas Teleserv would be handling McDonalds Philippines' telephone and, eventually, its Web-based orders from Metro Manila and other parts of the country. At the same time, Pilipinas Teleserv would supply the fastfood chain a fleet of riders who would deliver orders to customers in Metro Manila.
