SUPERBOWL OF CHINA OPENS ALABANG BRANCH

Last July 25, 2003, the Superbowl of China restaurant group opened their Alabang Branch at the Filinvest Festival Mall at Filinvest Corporate City. Residents of the Laguna, Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, and Cavite areas can now savor the Chinese food offerings of this popular food chain.
Gracing the opening were Mr. Richie Yang, owner of the Superbowl of China Restaurant chain and Mr. Raffy David, Director for Marketing & Quality Assurance of Pilipinas Teleserv, Inc.
Concurrent to the opening of the restaurant, residents within the delivery radius of the Alabang restaurant will now be able to have Superbowl’s menu delivered to their homes and offices between the hours of 10:00 am to 10:00 pm all days of the week. PILIPINAS TELESERV TO ATTEND THE ICCM 2003

Pilipinas Teleserserv, Inc. represented by its Director for Marketing and Quality Assurance, Mr. Raffy David, will attend the International Call Center Management Conference and Exposition this August 26-28, 2003 at the McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.

Teleserv will be part of the Philippine contingent of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) of which will showcase the capabilities of Philippine contact center companies to the international market. Mr. David will also be acting in his capacity as President of the CCAP.

The ICCM is considered as the premiere event for contact centers in the world.

Initially available in selected areas within the delivery radius of the Makati and SM Megamall restaurants, by dialing 737-8888, the delicious Superbowl of China menu such as Roast Suckling Pig, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Roast Barbecue Platter, to name a few can now be delivered between the hours of 10:00 am to 10:00 pm all days of the week. CCAP Elects New Board of Directors and Officers

The Contact Center Association of the Philippines elected a new Board of Directors and Officers in elections held on April 11, 2003 at the C2 Restaurant in the AIM Conference Center.

Five of the original seven founding members of the Board were re-elected namely: ACS Pacific, eTelecare, Easycall, Pilipinas Teleserv, and Sykes. People Support and Customer Contact Center (C-Cubed), which both joined CCAP in the first quarter of 2002, elected, replacing Qinteraction and CQuadrant.

Bong Borja, Managing Director of People Support and incumbent Chairman of Contact Federation Philippines, was elected as the new Chairman of CCAP. He replaces Benedict Hernandez, General Manager of eTelecare, who had served as Chair since CCAP was established in October 2002.

Raffy David, Director for Marketing and Quality Assurance of Pilipinas Teleserv, formerly the Vice President was elected as the new President. He takes over from Pepe Ferreros of ACS Pacific.

Simon Tan of Sykes was elected Vice President, Jonathan Cervantes of Easycall was voted Treasurer, and Jan Bengzon of C-Cubed was chosen as Corporate Secretary.
Benedict Hernandez of eTelecare and Pepe Ferreros of ACS remain as members of the Board.

The new officers promise to continue the programs and initiatives set forth by the outgoing members of the Board
