Teleserv launches its quarterly Citizen Services Newsletter

In the offset of 2006, PTI launched it's first ever Citizen Services Newsletter. This quarterly publication will feature the latest news and updates on the most reliable citizen services partner of the government.

The first issue contains information on Pilipinas Teleserv's One-number solutions, NSO Helpline Plus updates, DFA Passport processing improvements, requirement guide, and Passport Direct information.

Also featured in this premiere printing is the launch of the new POEA Balik-Manggagawa hotline 737-7777 service and the birth of the partnership between Duty Free Philippines and PTI in the effective dissemination of citizen services information. Other articles in the newsletter include opinions from our teleserv clients and a bonus discourse on the value of time.

The PTI Citizen Services Newsletter is distributed for free to all PTI hotline clients, at DFA passport processing areas, inside NSO processing areas, in the POEA's Balik-Manggagawa division, and inside Duty Free Fiesta Mall.


Pilipinas Teleserv Inc. experienced an electrifying Christmas Party

PTI celebrated its company Christmas party last December 17 at Ratsky Malate in the most electrifying show of departmental presentation.

Five departments vied to become the most celebrated group in the annual presentation contest. Food Delivery Service, winners of the last two championship, headed the group comprised of Administration, NSO Helpline Plus and DFA Passport Direct, Third Party Teleservices division, and Marketing department.

Each group presented extravagant presentations of dance, songs, and comedy shows that could rival any television presentation. Details from costumes, props, down to music was highlighted in colorful array. It was truly an startling display of talent and teamwork.

In the end, Food Delivery Service was edged by Marketing department with the slimmest of margins to take home the first prize.

Surely, next year's party contest will comprise of bigger, better, and intensified competition.


DFA mobilizes new passport processing protocols

In its continuous commitment to serve the Filipino people better, the Department of Foreign Affairs put into effect it's new passport processing protocols before the start of 2006.

POEA and PTI launches it's Balik-Manggagawa Two-way Hotline Service

Before the start of 2006, Pilipinas Teleserv expanded it's existing POEA Balik-Manggagawa service from the traditional delivery with the new hotline service offer that will surely make every OFW's vacation a grand one indeed.

Now, every vacationing OFW who are returning to their original employer can avail of the standard Overseas Exit Clearance (OEC) with two options at hand:

1) processing in the POEA office and have it handled by our Balik-Manggagawa Express team
OR
2) calling the POEA Balik-Manggagawa hotline 737-7777

For only Php 380.00 delivery charge, every OFW can now enjoy more vacation time with the family.
