TELESERV WINS COVETED AWARD FROM GLOBE TELECOM
April 2013, WORLD TRADE CENTER, Pasay City – Pilipinas Teleserv Inc. occupied the highest rank among three other multi-national outsource partners when Globe Telecom’s Customer Experience (CXP) Group announced the winner of the Top Vendor Award for the last quarter of 2012. The award is given to the best outsource contact center partner and is Teleserv’s third in a span of four quarters based on Globe’s scoring method of monitoring all aspects of customer service operations.
Present during the awarding ceremony was Teleserv’s Client Relations and Business Development Executive, Vee L. Balanon who received the award, a special trophy bearing the insignia of Globe CXP Group, along with the strong team of supervisors and managers involved in all Globe accounts housed at Teleserv.
