Customer Care Officer

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s/College degree preferably Business/IT/Engineering/Computer Science/Education/Liberal Arts or any related course.
  • Good communication skills and telephone personality.
  • Very good English writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • With keen attention to details.
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Customer Care Officer - Technical Account (DAY SHIFT)

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering or any related courses.
  • Excellent in English Communication both oral and written..
  • Has an experience in Technical and Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong.
  • Available to work immediately.
