Jun is a licensed electronics and communications engineer with a degree from De La Salle University (1991).


Raffy David
Director for Marketing and Quality Assurance
has a wealth of experience in Service Quality Improvement and Customer Satisfaction Consulting. Some of his distinguished clients are corporations like Ford Motor Company, Chrysler and Goodyear.

Raffy is a MBM from the Asian Institute of Management (2000) with an Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management from De La Salle University (1995).


Jeffrey Villanueva
Finance Director and New Product Development Manager
is a Web Programmer/Designer. His experience and skill in optimizing the power of the Internet as a conduit of information and service allows Pilipinas Teleserv to continue to innovate and create a competitive advantage over other teleservices firms. He is also a Chief Customer Relations Management (CRM) Developer.
