No need to go all the way to the POEA. POEA Balik-Manggagawa OEC delivery is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm. The door-to-door delivery service has nationwide coverage.

For OFWs who find themselves already in the POEA, they can still avail of Balik-Manggagawa Express delivery services via the POEA Balik-Manggagawa booth located inside the POEA BMEC processing section. Processed OECs will be delivered door-to-door, without the waiting time.
