NSO Birth Certificate Delivery

A service developed for the National Statistics Office (NSO) and launched in June 2000 for the application of Birth/Marriage/Death/CENOMAR Certificates by telephone integrated with a courier service for the delivery of the requested document to the applicant. Prior to this service an applicant would have to spend one whole day just for the application process and will have to return on another day to claim the document. The implementation of the service provided a convenient, time saving process for the applicant and greatly enhanced the efficiency and image of the NSO to the public.
