Current Openings

We are looking for qualified applicants to fill the following positions:

Customer Care Officer (Government Account)

  • Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 2 years) of any Bachelor or associate course

  • With at least six (6) months experience as a Contact Center agent or as a frontliner in a government agency

  • Has sufficient knowledge and skill in using a computer

  • Proficient in both English and Filipino, both oral and written communication

  • Passion to help customers with their queries and complaints

  • With good handling and active listening skills

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends

Accountant

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant degree

  • Excellent knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards

  • Exceptional analytical skills in identifying and resolving financial discrepancies

  • Professional experience as accountant, including leadership or supervisory roles

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLookups and pivot tables

  • CPA or CMA certification an advantage
